Today the lawsuit is over. There was a Global Settlement, which means both defendants have agreed to settle. That amount is $1200 per plaintiff- (twelve hundred dollars)
Last year the judge denied the good faith settlement of $600, with only one defendant, Lennar.

There are many steps in the process to complete the settlement.
We have to collect 6500 settlement releases to pass over to the defendants.
Once releases are reviewed and found compliant, the defendants will be able to pay us because all the plaintiffs have released them from any future liability for any of the exact same claims in your lawsuit.
You are allowed to sue either defendant again, with a new lawyer, for anything other than what we were fighting for in this lawsuit.

We anticipate (just a guess) this process may take until May, possibly June- but we do not have control over the process or how long each step will take.
We only know we are working diligently each day to complete the process for all 6500 plaintiffs waiting for their funds.
Once the law office receives the settlement funds, in 4 or 5 months, maybe, we will reach out for all of your banking details and begin to disburse the funds.

As of now, we need everyone to patiently sign their Settlement Release when they get the text.
Text Blasts are going out in batches of 500 beginning the week of February 17th.
You might receive a text blast sooner, if you were selected to be a tester of the new portal.
