Settlement Release Summary

You agree to release Defendants Tetra Tech, Lennar, and Five Point.
This includes their related companies, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
You agree not to sue them for any claims covered by the lawsuit.
You give up all claims tied to the lawsuit, whether known or unknown.
This release applies to all past conduct.
You waive a California law that would otherwise protect unknown claims.

2. Settlement Payment:

You receive a share of the settlement money in exchange for this release.
All plaintiffs receive equal shares.
Attorney fees, costs, and any required liens, including Medicare liens, are deducted from your share.
Payment is made after all required documents are signed and delivered.

3. Case Dismissal:

After you sign, the case is permanently dismissed.
The case cannot be reopened.

4. Your Confirmations:

You confirm you can legally sign this release.
You had the chance to speak with your attorney.
This settlement is the only payment you will receive for these claims.

5. Other Terms:

The defendants do not admit wrongdoing.
