Welcome to the new Settlement Releases for Lennar and Tetra Tech- You have elected to view both Official Settlement Releases and then to sign yourself. On this Dashboard you will see three (3) buttons to click.

• The first two (2) buttons are to Read and Review both Settlement Releases for the lawsuit.
• The lawsuit is now closed and settled. Before the defendants will release the funds for the plaintiffs, they must receive all settlement releases to review and once they decide Plaintiffs are in compliance, they will release the funds to the law firm for disbursement. (Maybe by July?)
• 3rd button- Your signature here today will be automatically affixed to a pdf on each Settlement Release. A pdf copy of your signed Releases will go to your email on file by next week.
